  • Products: All products sold on BoxSetBonanza.com are fan-made Blu-ray discs. There are no official releases available for these collections.

  • Region-Free Discs: Our discs are Region Free and will work in any country. Ensure your Blu-ray player's firmware is up to date.

  • Compatibility:

    • 3D Blu-rays require an actual 3D TV.

    • 4K Blu-rays require a 4K player.

    • Blu-rays will only play on Blu-ray players, PS4, and PS5. They will not work on computers or Xbox.

    • Verify that your Blu-ray player can play BD-R discs.

2. Shipping

  • Worldwide Shipping: We offer free shipping worldwide.

  • Domestic Shipping: Within the USA, we use USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.

  • International Shipping: For shipments outside the USA, we use UPS, FedEx, or Globalpost.

  • Shipping Schedule: We ship from the United States six days a week (Monday-Saturday).

  • Dropshipping: We offer dropshipping services. Use the word DROPSHIP in your order message, and we will not include any invoices or receipts showing pricing. The order will ship in a discreet bubble mailer.

3. Payments

  • We accept payments via Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp. Follow the instructions on the checkout page to pay with Venmo or CashApp.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds.

  • Exchanges: We are happy to exchange any disc(s) that may have issues. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

5. Subtitles and Languages

  • If a listing does not specify subtitles, please assume there are none. Subtitles and languages will be detailed in each listing.

6. Cover Art

  • Cover art may vary. If you are looking for aesthetically pleasing cover art, please note that our focus is on the quality of the content rather than the cover design.

7. Use of Website

  • By using our website, you agree not to misuse it in any way, including but not limited to hacking, data mining, or interfering with the functionality of the site.

  • User Behavior: Users are prohibited from engaging in unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, and any other inappropriate conduct.
