Sight gag-laden sequel to the hit disaster movie spoof finds ex-pilot Ted Striker (Robert Hays) and stewardess Elaine Dickinson (Julie Hagerty) having to man the controls once more when the first-ever lunar shuttle passenger flight gets re-routed towards the sun. Peter Graves and Lloyd Bridges return, with additional straight-faced support from William Shatner, Chuck Connors, Rip Torn, Stephen Stucker, Raymond Burr, and Sonny Bono; written and directed by Ken Finkleman ("Grease 2").
