Bad Santa 3D 2003 is a black comedy about a con man named Walter (played by Billy Bob Thornton) who dresses up in a Santa Claus costume and works in department stores during the Christmas holidays. His plan is to con people by robbing stores on Christmas night. Along with his partner, Tony (Tony Cox), an Eskimo, he uses his job to gain access to the stores' safes.Walter is a drunk and a bully who doesn't believe in the spirit of Christmas. His life changes when he meets a little boy named Billy, who believes in Santa Claus and tries to form a friendship with him. Billy, despite his naivety, begins to influence Walter, showing him the sincerity and kindness that he had long forgotten.The plot develops with elements of black humor as Walter tries to cope with his inner demons and unpredictable circumstances, including the intervention of criminal elements and unexpected twists of fate. Ultimately, the movie raises questions about what it means to be good, and how even the most flawed people can find a spark of hope and sincerity in their lives.
