Little Man 3D 2006 follows Calvin a criminal who has just been released from prison and wants to retrieve a stolen diamond . After a botched robbery with his partner Percy Calvin hides the diamond in a purse belonging to a woman named Vanessa . When Vanessa and her husband Darryl a man desperate to prove he is ready for fatherhood try to adopt a baby Calvin disguises himself as an infant to get into their home and recover the jewel . Posing as a baby he must navigate nursery life while avoiding Darryl's suspicion and keeping Percy from blowing their cover . The situation escalates as Calvin endures diaper changes playdates and a growing attachment to the couple who genuinely care for him . This comedy features physical humor and mistaken identity as Calvin races to retrieve the diamond before his tiny disguise falls apart
